The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the Controller's contact addresses (email and telephone) entails the acquisition of the sender's contact details, which are necessary to respond to and manage such requests.
Specific privacy notices will be prepared and made available by the Controller for the provision of certain services.
Purposes of Processing
Such data, which are necessary for the functioning of the web services, are processed for the purpose of compiling anonymous statistics to understand how the website is used, verifying its correct operation, and detecting unlawful activity, including in cases of cybercrimes committed through the website.
Legal Basis
Processing of browsing data is carried out on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning of the website.

- Authorities and supervisory or regulatory bodies, and in general public or private entities with public-interest functions that are entitled to access the data by virtue of legal provisions or orders issued by administrative, public security or judicial authorities.
